Dan Duffy

Dan Duffy is a writer from Gautier, Mississippi. His fiction and poems have appeared in Juked, Tilted House, Farewell Transmission and elsewhere. A book of his poems was longlisted for the 2023 St. Lawrence Book Award. His previous jobs include work as an usher, delivery driver and auto parts puller. He has taught writing and literature at the University of Iowa and Austin Community College. He holds an M.F.A. from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and a B.A. from Ole Miss. He lives, writes and teaches in Jackson County, Mississippi where he was born and raised.
